Skill Resources - Your Responsibility Boundary

There are two ways I see responsibility becoming a problem.  Firstly not taking it leads to excuses for poor decisions or behaviour.  “I know I was rude, but I’ve just had a nightmare parking”.  “It’s not my fault I messed up that test. They should’ve prepped us better”

Brushing off responsibility puts you at the mercy of whatever life throws up, and stops you from learning from experience.

But too much responsibility can become overwhelming. Maybe trying to second guess every possible outcome, making things so complicated that you can’t decide what to do. Or constantly worrying what other people might think of you. Exhausting!

So it’s worth getting your responsibility boundary clear
