How much better would it feel, to remove an unpleasant feeling from your body?

I first learned this technique for getting rid of a headache, or any kind of pain which is serving no purpose in protecting the body from damage.

That’s one way I still use it, and I’ve found that it’s just as effective for getting rid of other unwanted sensations, like anxiety or guilt – anything going on in your body which doesn’t feel good.
