Skill Resources - Make It a 'No!'

This technique’s specifically for when there’s a habit or behaviour that you want to stop (and I do mean stop, not just cut back on).  Something that you’ve perhaps struggled with for a while, and sheer willpower just hasn’t been enough.  It’s another great way to get your inner ‘No’ signal working really well for you, tapping into your deeper wisdom and that instinctive guidance system. 

If you’re trying to completely quit smoking or drinking, then this is one of a range of techniques which can make a big difference to the ease and success of your transition.  If the habit’s something simpler, like snacking or biting your nails, then this might be all you need to get it shifted for good.
