Conscious eating is a way to improve your relationship with food – to eat more healthily, and really enjoy it.

We’re not going to explore nutrition itself.  What healthy eating actually is can vary from person to person, but your body’s quite good at knowing what it needs.  We’ll explore how to better tap into those body signals, so that you more easily recognise when you're hungry and full.

It's a straightforward framework, designed to change your less-then-healthy eating habits, for good.
