The session guide book and audio-guided techniques are designed to help you take your day-to-day stresses (and even some of the bigger ones) more smoothly in your stride - to stay feeling the way that you want to, no matter what's going on.
Each of the audio-guided resources takes only around 10 minutes. Please listen only when it's safe to let your mind wander, and for the best experience, listen with headphones. Before exploring each technique, choose a specific situation that you want to feel better about. It doesn't have to be the most chellenging, just specific enough for your underlying thinking to learn a new pattern. And when you've found what changes work best, repeat that exact sequence a few times to embed the new pattern.
